it not powering on

Hi,

Do you get an indication that it is charging when you plug the charger in?

If no:

Have you tried connecting your tablet to a working PC USB port and see if you then get a charging indication?

If yes, allow the battery to fully charge and try turning on your tablet. Your charger will need replacing.

If no, try a different USB cable and see if it you get a charging indication.

If yes, allow the battery to fully charge and try turning on your tablet, your cable will need replacing, retry your charger to see if it works with the new cable.

If no, the charging circuit and /or the battery in your tablet is faulty

Try a hard reset.

Perform a factory hard reset by pressing and holding the volume up + volume down + power buttons. Release when the device restarts.
