My husband had this phone maybe 3 months max. And one day the screen stopped lighting up. The action keys light up and it still goes off when he gets a text and u can unlock the screen ( u hear this happen) zero screen appearance. Any idea what it could possibly b?

did the phone suffer a blow sounds like the LCD has stopped either from a disconnected cable water damage or a sudden blow like a dropped phone. An impact has been known to cause the connector to dislodge. Screen assembles can be found on ebay and amazon for under 50 dollars and videos can be found on youtube to guide you through the repair process. Hope this helps
