1 Why is my camera not working?
My camera is unable to take photos, whenever I open the camera application the screen turns blank.

There are many possibilities to this. If you have many launched applications in the background, this may cause the camera application to crash; the camera lens might be too dirty; the camera's lens might be physically damaged. Please refer to the troubleshooting page for more information
