Hi,
Not sure if this pertains to your tablet or not but try the following:
Start your tablet and then press the Shift key (before it starts to load Windows. You will enter the recovery screen. Choose the Troubleshoot Option, and then choose “Reset your PC” and follow the prompts.
If this doesn't work I think that there is a reset button on the bottom of the tablet that you could try.
