Thanks for trying to help Jim.
I get all the way until press the three dots, but I can hear the button sound for the help & feedback, however nothing happens.
I can't get the link for help.
What do you suggest next?

Thanks for trying Jim.
When I long press @, then press three dots, it won't let me press help & feedback. I get the sound of pressing, but goes no where, no help comes up.
What now?

hello i have the same problem whit my father`s visual land prestige prime 10 se and i tryed every tutorial, i think the only way is to flash the tablet whith the original firmware but it s hard to find
