If you mean that the phone's LCD screen is cracked or physically broken it cannot be repaired, it has to be replaced.
Here is the ifixit guide on How to repair LG V10 LCD Screen which may be of some help.
Look online at places such as Ebay, Aliexpress, etc. for LG V10 LCD screen part to find a supplier that suits you best.
