So these proprietary adaptors are proving incredibly hard to find and replace without directly contacting NVIDIA themselves, who granted replace them for free but is there any way of purchasing one or does anyone know where there is one available?

You can obtain the Shield TV power adapter using several ways below:
If you lost it, then buy replacement from ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/2017-NVIDIA-SHI...
Or if you still have the existing Shield power adapter, then buy any replacement power adapter that supply same output of 19V 2.1A like the original Nvidia adapter. I got one from AliExpress. Cut and Splice the proprietary nvidia connector and connect with the replacement adapter. It's that simple! Check out Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVxZzoyb... shows you how to connect wires together. Soldering is optional.

Hi,
We are an integration company installing many of the Enplug players which are basically Sheilds with different software and badges on. If we purchase directly from them in the States, which we have to do due to pricing issues then they will only ship with the US style plug head for the PSU. We install across Europe meaning we then need an adaptor which will cause issues. Is there anyone that know's where to source UK/Europe plug heads for these PSU's??
We have tried many avenues including NVIDA and keep hitting brick walls. Please help!
