You may have to teardown the laptop to see what the specifications are for the batteries, that are already installed.
Use the specifications (voltage, mAH, dimensions etc) printed on the batteries to search online for battery suppliers that suit you best.
Here is the ifixit Pi-top Teardown guide which may be of some help.

Send a mail to Pi-Top support, they gave me a new battery base for free.

After warranty expires, it costs about $50 for a replacement battery from Pi-Top support.
