Hi guys!
I just bought a defect iphone 7 to inspect and repair (first timer). I've open the phone and I see this "RED indicator" which I guess (know) is some type of water damage. My question is.
Can I fix it? What should I look for?

Water damage is one of the hardest repairs.
it involves completely disassembling the phone,
iPhone 7 Rear Case Replacement
cleaning the water damage using alcohol
and a new battery.

Rice does not help with water damage!

I will take it as the solution. Seems like I have work to do
It's water damaged phone. See all over phone you can see white spots, that is your water calcium.

So, about 2 years in the future.
If you have the same problem as this thread holds.
I bought a new logicboard - replaced it and the phone worked perfectly. Till I smashed the screen and had to repair it once again.
