It depends on the game. Many entry level to midrange IGP only laptops handle games like The Sims okay since it’s not demanding, but will struggle to run more demanding games that recommend or require a dGPU. In many cases, professional graphics like the Radeon Pro and Quadro series will work but may struggle since these are optimized for certain workloads and are ISV certified.
Check the specs of the game and check out what it recommends for specs. If it’s within the specs of the game, then you may be running applications in the background that kill your available memory that should be closed. Likewise if your laptop isn’t very capable you will need a higher end laptop to run it correctly.

Well, the problem is that this is an older laptop meant to be a budget laptop for work/school/light to moderate personal use. It’s simply not meant to be the worlds best gaming laptop. If you do want a gaming laptop, try and sell this one first so you have some money and do your research on which gaming laptop you want.

@magicjet_ Still, this computer was never meant to be a gaming computer. You are better off selling this computer and getting a gaming computer if you wish to game on your computer.
