How do you replace lcd video adapter cable?

@donniedanko the part you would need is called a LVDS cable and yours should be Asus part number 14005-00890600 This video will at least get you into your laptop to get you to disconnect the wire on the motherboard. After that it gets a bit tougher since we don't see what your LCD display cover etc. looks like. Bezels usually just snap off and some of them are screwed in to hold the LCD screen in place.
