How do you replace lcd video adapter cable?
how do you replace the video adapter cable on LCD screen . mine is danged but i cant find any info online on how to replace it .

@donniedanko the part you would need is called a LVDS cable and yours should be Asus part number 14005-00890600 This video will at least get you into your laptop to get you to disconnect the wire on the motherboard. After that it gets a bit tougher since we don't see what your LCD display cover etc. looks like. Bezels usually just snap off and some of them are screwed in to hold the LCD screen in place. Of course you can always check a slightly different model since the principal of the replacement is very common to most models. So something like this may work for you.
