error on focus lens does not close

lens does not retract in off position. When it is switched on it will not focus and then a message appears to switch off and on . This has no effect

@okkie common issue when your camera has a stuck lens. Try the suggestions from here first. If those don’t help you may have to consider changing the lens since repair parts for it are almost non-existent.
