After run a bios test I got memory ram error. Anybody know how how replace that memory in my Lenovo X1 Carbon Thinkpad 5th gen, because I can’t find it or is coming with the motherboard integrate?

Hi,
There is no mention of memory modules in the hardware and maintenance manual for the laptop, taken from this webpage.
Also in the parts lookup webpage for the laptop (hover mouse over Commodity Type: Select commodity > scroll down in options box to find Systemboards) you will find 44 systemboards with various CPU/ RAM combinations.
Conclusion is that memory is mounted on the systemboard
