Hello everyone,
I have replaced the motor recently with a help of a friend. When we turned it on extended pipe on top suction is perfect but on bottom brush is rotating but no suction at all and I can not work out why? Any ideas?

Check to make sure there isn’t anything blocking the tubing. Had a similar issue with another model

Check the little hose that is behind the beater brush. I have two DC14 vacs and both them have had the hose get plugged.
