My tablet stuck in boot loop
Even if I try to turn it off it won't turn off it just continue to show the logo and then it goes blank and show the logo again and it continues like this.

What is the model number of the phone?
Try removing the battery from the phone for 5 minutes and then reinsert it and turn on the phone and check what happens.

I have Alcatel pixi 3 (10), unfortunately when I connected the battery again it immediately repeat the same process without touching the power button

Please "unaccept" the answer as the above answer didn't work for you.
Try holding the Power button and the Volume down button (both together) for 20 seconds or until the phone starts again and check.
