Have a Volkswagen Golf 2003 model. How to reset the radio?
Have some errors I believe can be solved with a reset..
The problem is, I use the up-down buttons and switch radio station with nothing happens ..
Antenna is replaced it must be the radio

Hi,
take of the ground wire from the battery for about two minutes, then put it back on. This should do a reset not only to the radio, but to the whole CAN-Bus system as well.

+flat battery/disconnecting etc has always reset my radio!

and always make sure that you have the right reset code.

This has been tried!
It does not work. Electricity was off for 30 minutes, and the radio did NOT ask for the radio code.
