Assuming we're still talking about the Samsung Chromebook 4, then a standard Phillips screwdriver should do the job, at least according to this photo I found.

Im not quite sure about this specific model but I do know that chromebooks in general are quite easy to work on as there isn't a lot going on inside
I would say its as easy as taking the bottom panel off, unplugging the battery connector(look for the battery cable to find it),unscrew the battery
and that's about it, iv done this process before on a schools dell Chromebook and that's how I did it

Here's a video that shows how to open the laptop to replace the battery in a Samsung Chromebook 4.
The battery model number is printed on the battery. Search online for (insert model number) battery to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
