My printer is skipping lines when I try to print from my computer. When I printed the same picture from my phone it did not skip lines only when printing from the computer.

What is the OS (Win, Mac, Linux) of the computer that you're trying to print from?
Does it only occur when trying to print from the same computer program or all programs that you've tried?
Have you checked that you have the latest printer drivers appropriate to the OS, installed in the computer? Click on Choose a different OS to find the OS for your computer to find the correct drivers
