My display is broken so I want to chang display but I don't know how to replace.

take it to a certified shop. Smasnug's have screens that are very hard to replace

I disagree; the screen on this particular phone is relatively easy to replace; it's held on by nothing more than adhesive so replacing it is just a matter of applying a little heat and using a thin opening tool. There's only one plug, so it's one of the simplest phones out there to do a display replacement on. Here's another video showing how.
