Hi @harveyhimel
Here's the ifixit Powerbeats Pro Teardown video that shows how to access the battery.
The battery make and model number is Varta CP1254 A3. Search online for Varta CP1254 A3 to find suppliers that suit you best.
Here's an image from the video that may help

I ordered a pair of Varta CP1254 A3 batteries advertised for Powerbeats on eBay but the 5.4mm height is about 1mm taller than the OEM battery. It doesn't fit. All the listing specs also have 5.4mm height? Any suggestions?

@bloodygalah
Have you checked the original battery to see what model number is stamped on it?

No markings on the OEM battery at all I'm afraid

That makes it tough.
You may have to measure the dimensions and then see if you can find a similar size "3.7V 0.2W rechargeable battery with solder tabs".
Soldering wires to a battery is dangerous as it heats the battery too much. That's why getting batteries that already have them factory fitted is better and safer

Apologies, must have had a brain fade.
Obviously not AA size.
Also since the original has no markings make sure that if you do find a replacement that you connect it correctly i.e. +ve side of battery to +ve wire from the board if wires are coloured then red wire is +ve and black wire is -ve.
You may need to have a DMM (digital multimeter) to find out which is the +ve side on the original battery if the connecting wires aren't coloured differently.
