Try passwords that you have used in the past for this PC. If you still can't remember, there are some things you can try.
When booting the PC, use whatever key your manufacturer uses to get into BIOS. From there, go to 'Security' (sometimes called 'Permissions'.) There might be an option there.
If you want to go full hacker mode, you can try some Metasploit tools or an App like RainbowCrack.

the best thing you can do is format your system there might be other solutions but this is the simplest one in my opinion
