STUCK ON T-Mobile LOGO
I did go to Recovery mode, tried to factory reset, clear the cache... Everything!! When I reboot It gets stuck on the Tmobile logo. Cannot pass that. I need help

how long did you leave it on the logo?
did the factory reset indicate it worked?
