@ethanhughe12024 clean all air inlet slots, the fans as well as repaste the heatsink. Check the fans to make sure they even come on. Anyhow, use the HP ENVY 15 Maintenance And Service Guide to work on it. Here is the guide for the thermal paste How to Apply Thermal Paste
