Sonos Five

Introduced May 6, 2020 as the replacement for the Sonos Play:5 (Gen 2). This speaker is identical except for improved processor and networking hardware. The amplifier and speaker drivers are the same.

Seems like the base driver has either been broken or has come loose due to the fall.

Here's the ifixit Sonos Five Midwoofer Replacement guide that will help to gain access so that you can check.
