It's not charging and.I LOST this ipad years ago and now I found it and it won't charge it's been like 2 or 3 years and I think it's disabled

If the battery in the iPad hasn't been charged for that long, then most probably, the battery has failed beyond recovery and needs to be replaced.

Here's the ifixit iPad 2 Wi-Fi EMC 2415 Battery Replacement guide, that shows how to do this yourself.
