so today I was in my settings messing around until all of sudden the screen froze and three black rectangles appeared, one of them a bit more lower then the other 2, so I held the power power button for 12 seconds to force shut it down and when I turned it back on the screen got stuck on this eye hurting blue and recovery mode wont work, just the same screen what do I do?!

Most of the time caused by the CPU that is having issues...

Reflow can solve the issue, but is not guaranteed.
Replacing the motherboard will most likely solve it, but is expensive..
