It's usually on the back with these - HP uses the base label on all of them but on the WLAN/Ethernet ones, adds labels to the bottom or side for the MAC address. Sometimes it's on the info label on the bottom or inside the ink cover but 9/10 are on the back.
Even if you can't get it off the printer most routers let you find it - it's a random name with HP usually the model and a random string of characters.
