Here's the ifixit HP Officejet Pro L7580 Teardown guide that might help.
Also a link to the parts list if needed. Search online using the part number of the wanted part to find suppliers that suit you best.

Slide open the cartridge access door. Pull out all of the ink cartridges and then flip up the grey lever/handle that tha print heads rest on. Then you can carefully pull out the print heads straight up.
