I cannot identify the part that is broken in my kitchen aid KDTM404EBS1 dishwasher. Can someone tell me what part this is? It is a plastic tube that has a hole in it.

I can't see the faulty part shown in the Pump, Washarm and Motor parts diagram in the parts list on p.12 but it looks like whatever it is it may be attached to the sump - see Item #4.
You may have to disassemble it further to see what it connects to at both ends

Is there an explanation for the hole? Reviewed the questions box on the right for possible Kitchen Aid parts link? Ebay may have parts as well. A last resort if a replacement isn't available may be JB Weld metal epoxy or equivalent.
