Are the headphones fully charged?
If so, when you turn on the headphones does it appear in your device's Bluetooth menu list as Soundcore Q20i or something similar?
If it is charged and doesn't connect or even show up in the list try resetting the headphones pairing them again and see if that works.
Here's the owner manual. Scroll down to the sections headed Reset and Powering On and pairing to see what to do.
