Place a spudger on the left side of the speaker and your thumb and index finger on the right side.

Use the spudger to push the speaker out from under the edge of the rear case.

The adhesive on the speaker is very strong. Applying a steady, gentle force with the spudger is the best way to slowly loosen it.
