no wifi signal after antenna replacement

I have 5 or 5 iPad 2s in my shop right now with wifi issues.  After replacing the wifi antenna, the iPads will not detect any wifi networks.

I've torn them down and made sure everything was connected properly but I'm not seeing anything.

lil help?
