What is the largest capacity hard drive the T42 can take?

And, a general fixit question:

Why do they make the screws softer than the screwdrivers?

I've got 4 screws with broken heads stuck in my T42, I can't fix it till I know how to get the broken screws out.

I'm a girl, please help, thanks!
