Loose part inside after dropping it once.

I dropped my phone once and realized something shakes inside when I shake the phone close to my ear.  My friend has dropped his phone plenty of times and he did not realize his has the same noise, just louder than mine.  Everything works fine. Is it worth opening and gluing back whatever is loose?
