AFAIK, the very first boot (white animation + phone temperature rising noticeably) ''may'' take up to an incredible 10-15 minutes delay. Be patient and, meanwhile, connect the power supply. If nothing has changed after 15 minites, then return the phone for repair. Please note - I'm only talking about the 5.5" version (aka TCL-6045). The 4.7" may behave differently.
