No Image on TV and blinking light

Hi there! I bought a NES that doesnt work.. When i plug her on the TV, the light start blinking and no image appears on the TV, the image is the same as i didint have plugged the console.

Do you know what is wrong with the console? I tried different TV outputs and cleaning the cartridge reader.
