Stuck in boot loop

This morning my phone was vibrating for no reason, so I restarted it and instead of booting properly it got stuck in a loop. Now nothing I do makes a difference. It starts up normally and before prompting for a PIN it goes back to the beginning. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I should do next?
