Hello Matt. So sorry to hear about your problem. I personally would just try to do a factory data reset on the phone. It will completely delete everything, but it might fix your issue. First save all of your information then you will see the back up and reset option in the settings of the phone. If you cant find it, just google factory data reset on YouTube and you will see how to do it step by step. After resetting your phone, give boost mobile customer service a call using a different phone, and ask them to Re-Skue the phone. I use retail boost mobile and re-Skueing is a phone life saver. Your local boost mobile reps probably know about that as well, but they also dont want to take the time to help you because your not buying anything at the moment and it becomes a waste of time for them. But try resetting the phone and if your internet still doesn't work, then just talk with technical support and have them do the Re-Skueing. They dont need the phone to do that, its done remotely and only takes 10 to 15 minutes.
