Have you tried connecting your S6 Edge+ to a laptop or PC? If the computer reads it then it could very well be on and just the display is out.

Otherwise, if it is truly dead then your battery may have lost charge - they sometimes can drain so low that the USB charger will not be able to charge it. Maybe try a wireless charger or have the battery replaced. Unfortunately you can't easily externally charge the internal batteries of the S6 Edge+
