Trouble codes won't clear

My 2008 Honda accord 2.4L have the following codes that will not clear.p0300 p0302 p0303 and the vs a light is on. Vehicle is in limp mode. Plugs have been changed, coils have been changed, crank shaft sensor has been changed, new battery and checked all fuses and relays. In desperate need of a solution
