Hi , i have an ipad mini 2  no boot  not connect to itunes,  VCC_MAIN  is shorted to ground ,   i found  D8100  getting hot  with battery and charger  connected .

After removing D8100  both pads still shorted  to ground  ,  would i be right in thinking  the U8100  (pmic)  is bad  ?
