Is this liquid damaged? Opinions please!

Hi all

Found a 32GB 5th gen on eBay. Listed as working except for screen issues and cracked digitiser.

After some additional opinions, do you think this is liquid damaged from the marks on the LCD?

If it is I won't both bidding. If not I fortunately have a spare LCD doing nothing and I'll bid on this to fix up
