From within windows 10:
HOLD the shift key
Point to start, power, restart (make sure you are holding shift while doing this)
You will see please wait
When it restarts - go to troubleshoot, advanced options, UEFI Firmware Settings, then click restart.
The computer will enter the BIOS settings after restarting.
