"no signal" on the TV

Whats basically going on is I bought one second hand that did not turn on, replaced the faulty fuse and it turns on however, I get no signal on my TV.  No Video or Audio.  Tried well known RF modulators and AV cords but still no results.  My TV is a HDTV and I’ve had a super Nintendo before and it should work on my TV but no signal is coming out.
