Hi,

Have you tried pressing Fn+F8 (both together or maybe just F8 not sure with your laptop) to see if this turns the camera on, you didn’t say.

Check the status of the camera in Device Manager.

If you have Win 10 installed, right click on the Windows Start button on the left side of the Taskbar and click on the Device Manager link.

When ''Device Manager'' opens, scroll down to ''Imaging Devices'' to find the camera hardware status.

If there is a ''red cross'' next to the camera listing, right click on the listing and select ''enable.'' Check if the camera now works OK.

If there is a ''yellow exclamation mark'' next to the camera listing, right click on the listing and select ''Update driver'' and follow the prompts. You need to be online for the drivers to be updated online. Here’s a link to the [https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/au/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkbook-series/thinkbook-14s-iwl/downloads/driver-list/component?name=Camera%20and%20Card%20Reader|latest camera drivers] if you want to manually install them.

If there isn’t any crosses or marks next to the camera listing, right click on the listing and click on ''Properties'' > ''General Tab'' and check the status of the camera in the Device status box.
