-Did you try uninstalling the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery from Device Manager > Battery and then after it has uninstalled restart the laptop and let Windows "find" and install it again? Also check if it has the latest drivers installed. Right click on the entry and click on Update drivers and follow the prompts.

When you have the report, compare the ''Design Capacity'' value versus the ''Full Charge Capacity'' value to determine it status. With a good battery they should nearly be the same.
