the problem is the hardware camera it self i have 4 units of this in my company all the same issue camera not working or sometimes it works sometimes it does not. solution buy an external webcam or return for parts replacement. another not so good experience with this unit they keyboard letters and the paint gets errased fairly quickly. the same for all 4 units coincidence? i think not.
