Highly unlikely if you want to fit it in your current laptop case, as it seems [link|https://dl.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_laptop/esuprt_inspiron_laptop/inspiron-15-5559-laptop_reference%20guide_it-it.pdf|this model|new_window=true] was equipped with Intel CPUs only; and even if you found a somewhat compatible replacement board, it would still require a lot of work.
Limited repairability/upgradeability is a well-known issue with portable devices, hopefully things are gonna change for the better in the near future; some progress was made, as a matter of fact you could have easily swapped your faulty motherboard with a new one if you had [link|https://www.ifixit.com/News/51695/can-frameworks-repairable-laptop-succeed-it-already-has|this laptop|new_window=true].
That said, if you don't mind getting your hands dirty, and refuse to take a risk and look for a used working Intel board, you could still recycle all the other components, there are many fascinating projects worth looking at: you could build an [link|https://hackaday.com/2020/05/01/old-laptop-gets-new-lease-on-life-with-raspberry-pi/|Arm based computer|new_window=true], or an [link|https://www.instructables.com/Home-Raspberry-Pi-Desktop-With-Old-Laptop-Screen/|AIO-like PC|new_window=true] you could use as secondary screen, you could even try to build a [link|https://www.instructables.com/How-to-make-a-tablet-pc-from-an-old-laptop/|tablet|new_window=true] out of ur old machine; [product|IF107-152|HDD|new_window=true] and [link|https://www.amazon.com/Vantec-Slim-Optical-Drive-Enclosure/dp/B01974P50O/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=SATA+Slim+Line+enclosure+dvd&qid=1667995470&sr=8-2|ODD|new_window=true] can be repurposed too.
