История для "Phone stopped working due to a app"

phone worked well, until a app called adp or something like that was downloaded. the phone would crash and only load the T-Mobile and galaxy logos, but it looped, once in a while, it would work, but it wouldn't let me delete the app, then the problem would persist. its not the phone, because it worked fine until the app was downloaded. Need help.
