HP m6-w103dx screen visible only with a flash light!

Hello! I have a question, if you can answer it would be very helpful to me. I have the m6-w103dx. The laptop is working fine through HDMI. The screen is working but only barely visible with a flash light. I have replaced the screen, no change. I have replaced the vga cord from mb to display, no change. Could you please tell me what else could be causing this and how to fix it? Thank you in advance!
